Comfrey Leaves

Comfreys are among the most important medicinal herbs.

It contains allantoin, a hormone-like substance that stimulates cell division,

making it valuable for healing wounds, ulcers, broken bones and skin injuries.

It also relieves chest congestion. Tea and poultices of leaves and roots are used.

It is excellent for treating bruises, sprains and even fractures. Do not take internally.
